The Ko bar serves an evolving a la carte menu and an expansive beverage program, Tuesday through Thursday, 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm; Friday and Saturday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

Seating at the bar is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Ko tasting menu is only served in the Main Dining Room, and reservations are required. For more information on the tasting menu, please visit our FAQs or read more about the Main Dining Room menu.

Launched in February of 2018, the bar features an open kitchen with 8 bar seats and 15 table seats. Its design pays homage to the original Ko on 163 1st Avenue with visual nods to Donald Judd, Dan Flavin, and Syd Mead.

It’s a place to linger: before a tasting, after a tasting, or without a tasting at all. Guests can have a drink or sit and have an entire meal, and the team is committing to pouring wines by the glass that are almost never poured by the glass.

Our inspiration for the bar kitchen was to create a space both for tasting menu research and development as well as a playground for our chefs to cook and serve what they love to eat. For our guests, we hope we have built an effortlessly comfortable space for a great dining experience.
