What does Ko mean?
What kind of cuisine is it?
While we are strongly guided by the Japanese kaiseki tradition, we are also influenced by seasonality, the innovation of our mentors and peers, food memories, and the breadth of cuisine available in the melting pot of New York City. We strive to make food that is unexpected but extraordinarily delicious.
